Difference Between Ordinary Molding And Injection Pressure

The most obvious difference between ordinary molding and injection pressure is that the former is filled with a cold state, while the latter is a mixture of the rubber, and the mold cavity is injected at close to the curing temperature. Thus, during the injection process, the heat provided by the heating template is only used to maintain vulcanization, which can quickly heat the glue to the 190-220. During the molding process, the heat provided by the heating template must first be used for preheating the rubber material, because of the poor thermal conductivity, if the product is very thick, heat conduction to the product center takes a long time. High temperature vulcanization can also shorten the operation time to a certain extent, but it often leads to coke burning near the edge of the hot plate. The injection-press method can shorten the forming period and realize the automation operation, which is most advantageous for mass production. Injection pressure also has the following advantages: can eliminate semi-finished products preparation, starting mold and product trimming and other processes, can produce a stable size, excellent physical and mechanical properties of high-quality products, reduce vulcanization time, improve production efficiency, reduce the amount of rubber material, reduce costs, reduce waste, improve enterprise economic benefits.
